La Marina housing estate –
semi-detached houses over Pogoria IV in Dąbrowa Górnicza
The La Marina housing estate is distinguished by its unique location. The undertaking was created for the growing needs of large agglomerations such as the Katowice region. Located just a few steps from Pogoria IV, one of the most beautiful lakes in the Silesian Province, only 20 minutes from Katowice.
The housing project was created to harmonize with the surrounding nature. The climate of the estate ensures harmony of contact with nature, active recreation with the possibility of using the infrastructure of the water sports centre and city life.
Excellent communication as well as proximity to nature guarantees our customers complete rest after a tiring day of work.
The houses were made of the highest quality materials. An air heat pump and floor heating were used to heat the house. To increase the comfort of use, a recuperation system has been established. All installations were made, and the layout of the rooms was designed to maximize its functionality.
